۞
13:19:1ʾafamanThen is (he) who
13:19:3ʾannamāthat which
13:19:4ʾunzilᵃhas been revealed
13:19:5ʾilaykᵃto you
13:19:7rrabbikᵃyour Lord
13:19:8ₐlḥaqqᵘ(is) the truth
13:19:9kamanlike (one) who
13:19:11ʾaʕmā(is) blind?
13:19:13yataðakkarᵘpay heed
13:19:15ₐlʾalbābⁱ(of) understanding.
۝١٩
Then is he who knows that what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth like one who is blind? They will only be reminded who are people of understanding -
13:20:1ₐllaðīnᵃThose who
13:20:2yūfūnᵃfulfill
13:20:3biʕahdⁱthe covenant
13:20:4ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
13:20:5walāand not
13:20:6yanquḍūnᵃthey break
13:20:7ₐlmīθāqᵃthe contract,
۝٢٠
Those who fulfill the covenant of Allah and do not break the contract,
13:21:1waₐllaðīnᵃAnd those who
13:21:2yaṣilūnᵃjoin
13:21:4ʾamarᵃ(has been) commanded
13:21:5ₐllahᵘ(by) Allah
13:21:8yūṣalᵃbe joined,
13:21:9wayaḫšawnᵃand fear
13:21:10rabbahumtheir Lord
13:21:11wayaḫāfūnᵃand are afraid
13:21:12sūʾᵃ(of) the evil
13:21:13ₐlḥisābⁱthe account,
۝٢١
And those who join that which Allah has ordered to be joined and fear their Lord and are afraid of the evil of [their] account,
13:22:1waₐllaðīnᵃAnd those who
13:22:2ṣabarū(are) patient,
13:22:3ᵢbtiġāʾᵃseeking
13:22:4wajhⁱ(the) Face
13:22:5rabbihim(of) their Lord
13:22:6waʾaqāmūand establish
13:22:7ₐlṣṣalawẗᵃthe prayer
13:22:9mimmāfrom what
13:22:10razaqnāhumWe have provided them,
13:22:11sirraⁿsecretly
13:22:12waʕalāniyaẗᵃⁿand publicly
13:22:13wayadraʾūnᵃand they repel
13:22:14biₐlḥasanaẗⁱwith the good
13:22:15ₐlssayyiʾaẗᵃthe evil -
13:22:18ʕuqbā(is) the final attainment
13:22:19ₐlddārⁱ(of) the Home -
۝٢٢
And those who are patient, seeking the countenance of their Lord, and establish prayer and spend from what We have provided for them secretly and publicly and prevent evil with good - those will have the good consequence of [this] home -
13:23:1jannātᵘGardens
13:23:2ʕadnⁱⁿof Eden,
13:23:3yadḫulūnahāthey will enter them
13:23:4wamanand whoever
13:23:5ṣalaḥᵃ(were) righteous
13:23:7ʾābāʾihimtheir fathers
13:23:8waʾazwājihimand their spouses,
13:23:9waðurriyyātihimand their offsprings.
13:23:10waₐlmalāʾikaẗᵘAnd the Angels
13:23:11yadḫulūnᵃwill enter
13:23:12ʕalayhimupon them
13:23:14kullⁱevery
13:23:15bābⁱⁿgate,
۝٢٣
Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants. And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying],
13:24:1salāmᵘⁿ(Saying), "Peace
13:24:2ʕalaykum(be) upon you
13:24:3bimāfor what
13:24:4ṣabartumyou patiently endured.
13:24:5faniʕmᵃAnd excellent
13:24:6ʕuqbā(is) the final attainment
13:24:7ₐlddārⁱ(of) the Home."
۝٢٤
"Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home."
13:25:1waₐllaðīnᵃAnd those who
13:25:2yanquḍūnᵃbreak
13:25:3ʕahdᵃthe covenant
13:25:4ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
13:25:5minᵐfrom
13:25:6baʕdⁱafter
13:25:7mīθāqihicontracting it,
13:25:8wayaqṭaʕūnᵃand sever
13:25:10ʾamarᵃ(has been) commanded
13:25:11ₐllahᵘ(by) Allah
13:25:14yūṣalᵃbe joined
13:25:15wayufsidūnᵃand spread corruption
13:25:17ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth.
13:25:19lahumᵘfor them
13:25:20ₐllaʕnaẗᵘ(is) the curse,
13:25:21walahumand for them
13:25:22sūʾᵘ(is) an evil
13:25:23ₐlddārⁱhome.
۝٢٥
But those who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and spread corruption on earth - for them is the curse, and they will have the worst home.
13:26:1ₐllahᵘAllah
13:26:2yabsuṭᵘextends
13:26:3ₐlrrizqᵃthe provision
13:26:4limanfor whom
13:26:5yašāʾᵘHe wills
13:26:6wayaqdirᵘand restricts.
13:26:7wafariḥūAnd they rejoice
13:26:8biₐlḥayawẗⁱin the life
13:26:9ₐlddunyā(of) the world
13:26:10wamāand nothing
13:26:11ₐlḥayawẗᵘ(is) the life
13:26:12ₐlddunyāof the world
13:26:13in (comparison to)
13:26:14ₐlʾāḫiraẗⁱthe Hereafter,
13:26:16matāʕᵘⁿan enjoyment.
۝٢٦
Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. And they rejoice in the worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except [brief] enjoyment.
13:27:1wayaqūlᵘAnd say
13:27:2ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
13:27:3kafarūdisbelieved,
13:27:4lawlā"Why has not
13:27:5ʾunzilᵃbeen sent down
13:27:6ʕalayhⁱupon him
13:27:7ʾāyaẗᵘⁿa Sign
13:27:9rrabbihihis Lord?"
13:27:11ʾinnᵃ"Indeed,
13:27:12ₐllahᵃAllah
13:27:13yuḍillᵘlets go astray
13:27:15yašāʾᵘHe wills
13:27:17ʾilayhⁱto Himself
13:27:19ʾanābᵃturns back,
۝٢٧
And those who disbelieved say, "Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?" Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him] -
13:28:1ₐllaðīnᵃThose who
13:28:3wataṭmaʾinnᵘand find satisfaction
13:28:4qulūbuhumtheir hearts
13:28:5biðikrⁱin the remembrance
13:28:6ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah.
13:28:7ʾalāNo doubt,
13:28:8biðikrⁱin the remembrance
13:28:9ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
13:28:10taṭmaʾinnᵘfind satisfaction
13:28:11ₐlqulūbᵘthe hearts."
۝٢٨
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."
13:29:1ₐllaðīnᵃThose who
13:29:4ₐlṣṣāliḥātⁱrighteous deeds,
13:29:5ṭūbāblessedness
13:29:6lahum(is) for them
13:29:7waḥusnᵘand a beautiful
13:29:8maʾābⁱⁿplace of return.
۝٢٩
Those who have believed and done righteous deeds - a good state is theirs and a good return.
13:30:2ʾarsalnākᵃWe have sent you
13:30:4ʾummaẗⁱⁿa nation
13:30:6ḫalathave passed away
13:30:9ʾumamᵘⁿnations,
13:30:10llitatluwaso that you might recite
13:30:11ʕalayhimᵘto them
13:30:13ʾawḥaynāWe revealed
13:30:14ʾilaykᵃto you,
13:30:15wahumwhile they
13:30:16yakfurūnᵃdisbelieve
13:30:17biₐlrraḥmānⁱin the Most Gracious.
13:30:20rabbī(is) my Lord,
13:30:21(there is) no
13:30:25ʕalayhⁱUpon Him
13:30:26tawakkaltᵘI put my trust
13:30:27waʾilayhⁱand to Him
13:30:28matābⁱ(is) my return."
۝٣٠
Thus have We sent you to a community before which [other] communities have passed on so you might recite to them that which We revealed to you, while they disbelieve in the Most Merciful. Say, "He is my Lord; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I rely, and to Him is my return."
13:31:2ʾannᵃthat was
13:31:3qurʾānaⁿany Quran,
13:31:4suyyiratcould be moved
13:31:5bihⁱby it
13:31:6ₐljibālᵘthe mountains,
13:31:8quṭṭiʕatcould be cloven asunder
13:31:9bihⁱby it
13:31:10ₐlʾarḍᵘthe earth,
13:31:12kullimᵃcould be made to speak
13:31:13bihⁱby it
13:31:16llillahⁱwith Allah
13:31:17ₐlʾamrᵘ(is) the command
13:31:19ʾafalamThen do not
13:31:21ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
13:31:25yašāʾᵘhad willed
13:31:26ₐllahᵘAllah,
13:31:27lahadāsurely, He would have guided
13:31:28ₐlnnāsᵃall?
13:31:29jamīʕaⁿall of the mankind?
13:31:30walāAnd not
13:31:31yazālᵘwill cease
13:31:32ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
13:31:34tuṣībuhumto strike them
13:31:35bimāfor what
13:31:36ṣanaʕūthey did
13:31:37qāriʕaẗᵘⁿa disaster,
13:31:39taḥullᵘit settles
13:31:42dārihimtheir homes
13:31:45waʕdᵘ(the) promise
13:31:46ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah.
13:31:47ʾinnᵃIndeed,
13:31:48ₐllahᵃAllah
13:31:49(will) not
13:31:51ₐlmīʕādᵃ(in) the Promise.
۝٣١
And if there was any qur'an by which the mountains would be removed or the earth would be broken apart or the dead would be made to speak, [it would be this Qur'an], but to Allah belongs the affair entirely. Then have those who believed not accepted that had Allah willed, He would have guided the people, all of them? And those who disbelieve do not cease to be struck, for what they have done, by calamity - or it will descend near their home - until there comes the promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah does not fail in [His] promise.
13:32:1walaqadⁱAnd certainly,
13:32:2ᵢstuhziʾᵃwere mocked
13:32:3birusulⁱⁿMessengers
13:32:5qablikᵃbefore you,
13:32:6faʾamlaytᵘbut I granted respite
13:32:7lillaðīnᵃto those who
13:32:8kafarūdisbelieved;
13:32:9θummᵃthen
13:32:10ʾaḫaðtuhumI seized them,
13:32:11fakayfᵃand how
13:32:13ʕiqābⁱMy penalty.
۝٣٢
And already were [other] messengers ridiculed before you, and I extended the time of those who disbelieved; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My penalty.
13:33:1ʾafamanIs then He Who
13:33:2huwᵃ(He)
13:33:3qāʾimᵘⁿ(is) a Maintainer
13:33:5kullⁱevery
13:33:6nafsⁱⁿsoul
13:33:7bimāfor what
13:33:8kasabatit has earned?
13:33:9wajaʕalūYet they ascribe
13:33:10lillahⁱto Allah
13:33:11šurakāʾᵃpartners.
13:33:13sammūhum"Name them.
13:33:15tunabbiʾūnahu(do) you inform Him
13:33:16bimāof what
13:33:18yaʕlamᵘHe knows
13:33:20ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth
13:33:22biẓāhirⁱⁿof the apparent
13:33:24ₐlqawlⁱthe words?"
13:33:26zuyyinᵃ(is) made fair-seeming
13:33:27lillaðīnᵃto those who
13:33:29makruhumtheir plotting,
13:33:30waṣuddūand they are hindered
13:33:31ʕanⁱfrom
13:33:32ₐlssabīlⁱthe Path.
13:33:33wamanAnd whoever
13:33:34yuḍlilⁱ(by) Allah
13:33:35ₐllahᵘAllah lets go astray
13:33:36famāthen not
13:33:39hādⁱⁿguide.
۝٣٣
Then is He who is a maintainer of every soul, [knowing] what it has earned, [like any other]? But to Allah they have attributed partners. Say, "Name them. Or do you inform Him of that which He knows not upon the earth or of what is apparent of speech?" Rather, their [own] plan has been made attractive to those who disbelieve, and they have been averted from the way. And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide.
13:34:1llahumFor them
13:34:2ʕaðābᵘⁿ(is) a punishment
13:34:4ₐlḥayawẗⁱthe life
13:34:5ₐlddunyā(of) the world
13:34:6walaʕaðābᵘand surely the punishment
13:34:7ₐlʾāḫiraẗⁱ(of) the Hereafter
13:34:8ʾašaqqᵘ(is) harder.
13:34:9wamāAnd not
13:34:10lahumfor them
13:34:11mminᵃagainst
13:34:12ₐllahⁱAllah
13:34:14wāqⁱⁿdefender.
۝٣٤
For them will be punishment in the life of [this] world, and the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe. And they will not have from Allah any protector.
